Discrepancy!?

Tonight, out of curiosity
I had dinner with 4 gorgeous ladyz
Edith, Michelle, Sharon & Vicky

At the beginning
The conversation is about food generally
Coz most of them were hungry
After filling up their tummyz
With some of the puniest delicacies
They gained more energy &
Conversation started to get heavy & spicy
Topics range from feet sore to human personality
The immense varieties were enough to build a library

All the while I adopted a strategy
Sat there quietly to observe & listen carefully
It wasn’t that bad as one might think it would be
I gotta hear some confidentiality
Which they don’t discuss openly
Especially when they chat about guy’s personality
Arrogance is agreed to be the public enemy
But Guess what they came up finally?
“Guy with no “QUALI” is fine by me,
As long as he has the beauty,
Cause I care about the face only”

First I thought "What a bunch of coyotes. "
But when I think more thoroughly
It also applies to guyz like me
So, Is there any discrepancy between the guyz & the ladyz
