SPLENDID

Yesterday nite was full of sparks
Finally introduced my high school sweet heart

She’s always so elegant & so sharp
Not to mention she’s also very smart

Wondering how it all happened???
Here’s how it all begun
I haven’t seen her for 6 months
So I called her for a reunion
Asked Gerald to join since we were all SSC students
Thought of going to LKF for some refreshment
End up shopping @ 7-Eleven

Later we added one more person

She’s from da CX bunch
Marble chess was fun

But “What lies beneath” had me frightened
Me & the other shared our story and the rest listen
Until everyone had spoken
Someone went into da Kitchen
Made something for us to munch

Afterwards we continue with the excitement
My heart was pumping faster than everyone
Didn’t have enough sleep & was acting kind of dumb
“Dragon – I”, I said “I – Dragon”
Is my turn & still starring at the other person
At one time we had a deadlock moment

Can’t imagine the first card is one
Coincidentally the looser has no card & the ACE has to be taken

We left no choice but to take another option
In the end, everybody won
Except the one with the slowest motion

The whole time I was kinda frigid

It was fortunate
Tat others were vivid
